Does your website make eye contact? It should.

Start With Your Hero Image

Pull up your nonprofit's website and look at the hero image.

Is it a crowd shot? Maybe smiling volunteers, a group photo, or wide-angle event coverage?

Great documentation, but hard to feel anything.

Your brain doesn't know where to look, so it doesn't land anywhere.

Why One Face Changes Everything

But one face, making direct eye contact with the camera, is a different experience entirely.

We're wired to respond to eyes looking at us. That single photo creates an emotional connection a group shot almost never can.
